I've added a default for Calendar._FD which will hopefully fix this
problem in all languages.

Bug description:
Somehow, the German translation of the js calendar got broken in the process of moving it out of pieforms.

I have had a look through that commit and it doesn't look like any of the other calendar translations got edited in the process.  However, some languages don't define Calendar._FD which makes me wonder why this error hasn't cropped up for other languages.
