Ruslan,

I just had a look in the logs for that server, and it was happening when
you try to delete notifications that have been replied to by a different
user.  I was failing to set the parent column of the replies to null
before deleting the parent notification.

Bug description:

When in the inbox, if you hit the "Delete all notifications" button, a non-recoverable error occurs.
