In fact the help file exists in

artefact/blog/lang/en.uf8/help/draftpost.thisisdraft.html

but it is not called correctly from the displayed html page.

Bug description:
The help file for "Draft" in the view "Edit draft post" is missing. The help button (i) is here but the message
"There was no help file for this item" appears when clicked.

Remove the icon or provide the help file.
