Bug description:
Hi,
there is a problem with the links appears on top of each video.
Error message:
Mahara: Invalid Parameter
A required parameter is missing or malformed
The 'file' parameter is not an integer 

It's because the link "/mahara/artefact/file/download.php?file=6%26view=7" is wrong. Instead of "%26" there should be "&". 

I tried this on a new installation of mahara (1.3.2) with xampp and on an running live system on linux with postgres, also 1.3.2
