I think bob should still be able to send FR's and MSG's but maybe there
should be a reject, and block option?

Bug description:
If Paul denies Bob's friendship request, Bob can continue to send him messages and more friendship requests. So spammy. He should only be able to view his public profile and no longer be able to contact him.
