Strange, it does work fine for me with two different DNS resolvers.

Can you try again in say a week? I suspect it might be a transient
error.  In the meantime, I've attached the dutch 1.3 langpack to this
bug.

Bug description:
  When trying to download a language pack, eg http://gitorious.org/mahara-lang/nl/archive-tarball/1.3_STABLE, you get a dns service for the domain expired error.

It seems to be that the gitorious.org domain name is expired, although whois gives
