Can not replicate this, 0-bytes file upload works fine for me on both
master and 1.3.

Another question, shall we display 0 at the size column in filebrowser,
currently it is empty for empty files.

  My version of Mahara : 1.3.3
  My version of operating system : Windows Seven
  My version of database : MySQL
  My version of browser : Firefox 3.6.13

  When I upload a empty text file, I can see the upload is in progress
  but it never ends. However, if the text file contains at least one
  character, the upload takes one nanosecond.
