This is a fix for this bug.

I suggest that dragging should be expanded to the whole row, not just
the icon for future usability upgrades.

Bug description:
  Moving image files from one folder to the next in "My / Group Files"
  is difficult when they are small because the image icon previews the
  image and only that area can be grabbed for drag-and-drop. Is it
  possible to make the area of the image a standard size and still show
  the preview, e.g. centered?
