This branch now has two commits on it, the second one turns off the
default site page links, about and privacy in the footer area.

  Update default site page content

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  The default content for the home, about, terms & conditions and
  privacy pages is old & stale.  Richard Wyles has provided some new
  text in the attached file.

  Because the default content needs to be edited by the site admin, we
  should also turn off the about & privacy footer links by default in
  new installs.  (Terms & conditions is already disabled by default).
