  Public View- Blog,  More entries requires user login

Bug description:
  We discovered a bug while showing views with an blog on it public in WWW.
  If you are having a lot of posts, a next button appears at the bottom of the page.
  By pressing the Next button the login form appears, this shouln't happen.
