[Bug 731824] Re: Mahara forum RSS feeds not correct when in a moodle block
This sounds like it might be a Moodle bug actually.
It works in every other program (I tried it in my offline reader and it
worked fine) and the feed validates fine:
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmahara.midkent.ac.uk%2Finteraction%2Fforum%2Fatom.php%3Ftype%3Dg%26id%3D10
I'm going to mark this bug as "invalid" (since there's nothing to fix in
Mahara as far as I know) but feel free to link to it if you file a bug
in the Moodle tracker.
** Description changed:
I have forum in Mahara with an rss feed:
http://mahara.midkent.ac.uk/interaction/forum/atom.php?type=g&id=10
When viewing the feed in a web browser or via a feed reader like tint
RSS or google ireader it works as expected with the news title directing
to the site when clicked on.
However if I add the feed into an RSS block in Moodle when the titles
are clicked they go to the root of the Moodle site and not through to
Mahara. Other RSS feeds work as expected.
Additionally is possible it would be good for these links to be able to
automatically sign a user into Mahara when clicked.
I am running Mahara 1.3.3
