  WYSIWYG text editor problems with Internet Explorer

Bug description:
  There seem to be problems in mahara.org formatting text in a text box
  using the WYSIWYG editor with IE

  Have tried IE 7 where the formatting applied seems to be ignored.

  In IE8 the formatting is applied but is hard to apply to blocks of
  text and undo.

  Using Windows Vista and Windows 7
