  pieforms generates labels for non existant elements (artefact chooser)

Bug description:
  It seems to be in artefactchooser-element.tpl, I can see where this is
  assigned in the pieform element, but not where it's used (it's put in
  $element['template']).

  Leads to:

   Warning  Line 24, Column 25: reference to non-existent ID
  "cb_27_artefactids" .
