Message #03148
[Bug 725325] Re: Export fails when containing previously copied group files
Ok, I was able to get the same error by deleting a file manually from
dataroot, and then trying to export a view containing that file.
So there are two bugs: one is just to produce an error message (rather
than hanging) when you try to export a file that's been deleted (I'll
create a new bug for that).
For the second we need to work out why files are not being copied
correctly when you copy a group view. Are there any messages going into
the error log when you copy a group view? Does the copying of any group
view *always* result in missing files and failed exports, or is it just
one particular view/file?
** Summary changed:
- Export fails when containing previously copied group files
+ Copying of files inside group view fails

Title:
Copying of files inside group view fails
Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
Incomplete
Bug description:
1.3.3
Linux
MySQL
LEAP2A and HTML portfolio exports fail every time if they contain one
or more views that have previously been copied out of a group. Once
those views are removed from the export list, the export proceeds and
imports flawlessly into a different mahara instance.
