Bug description:
  Chrome version: 6.0.472.53
  OS: Linux
  Mahara: HEAD

  The 'grippie' div element beneath the suspend container in /admin/users/edit.php covers the text on Chrome.
  Doesn't seem to be a problem in Firefox 3.0.6 - haven't tried other browsers.
