Francois, how did you reproduce this?  I can't do it just by logging as
two different users using two different browsers,  suspending one of the
users logs them out straight away.

Bug description:
  If you suspend a user who's still logged in, they can continue to spam
  the forums until they logout.

  Suspending a user should kill their session so that they are forced to
  login again (which they won't be able to do) before they can continue
  to browse the site.
