Notes:

* The 'id' parameter being malformed is definitely not related to this problem. That was caused by http://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=3431#post14879
* Anita says it was a clean install, although done using Cpanel's QuickInstall - I have no idea what that does. Richard says it should be pretty hard to install Mahara without that plugin being enabled. So there is some uncertainty there about how exactly this happened. Richard's guess that the plugin just didn't install correctly is probably right

  Missing artefact_comment_comment table causing bogus error messages

Bug description:
  I get the following error anytime I try to display or delete a view in
  any user in my version 1.3.5 site.

  Example: http://sabotsites.com/portfolio/view/view.php?id=7

  The error says:
  Mahara: Invalid Parameter                A required parameter is missing or malformed              The 'id' parameter is not an integer

  I also have a version 1.3.3 running in the same hosting account, and
  it has no issues.

  Using: Linux, mySQL 5.1.52, in several browsers
