I know we can configure the number of members to display in the block
preferences. But the bloc should be "liquid" and flow down with the
remaining pictures overflowing the right margin.

Bug description:
  In Mahara 1.3 all browsers on Mac OSX 10.6

  In a group's view with two columns (the left one bigger than the right
  one) I have put the "members" block in the smallest column. This block
  overshoots the right margin, as shown in the enclose screenshot.

  The normal behavior will be, to display as many pictures as possible
  according to the effective room left in the column.
