Bug description:
  There is a hard coded greeting for "special people" in register.php,
  line 143.

  It has been in the code since 2007:
  http://gitorious.org/mahara/mahara/commit/f4618e4bbb5858b170f4765e807796eddaa4401b

  This should probably be removed.
