  errors with username or password when adding users screw up display

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  in admin/users/add.php
  When you are adding a new user, and the username is invalid (ie too short/long etc) or a invalid password, the error text displayed to the user is not wrapped. This causes the div's to become largely seperated.
