Yep, those files are exactly the same as those on master, so should
work.

It seems odd that it works from within but not from without. From my
look at the code the upload should either work, or fail. I don't see how
you can get an upload to get sent but not trigger the quota stuff.

I'll mark this as invalid. If you manage to find out more what it
causing this issue, either open this one back up or create a new bug
depending on how similar it is to this description.
