Hi Kristina,

The issue here was it was saying Edit/Delete for /all/ the groups, not just the one that the user was an admin for.
I've just done a quick test on my fix to see if it worked correctly for controlled groups, and it doesn't give option to leave as expected.

  Hi,

  http://ewiesion.com/mb/group/find.php?filter=all

  shows a group where I am a member. I see the button to "Edit" altho I
  am not allowed to do so. Clicking "edit" displays red
  [[canteditdontown/mahara]]

  and     You are a member of this group
      Leave this group
