I can't reproduce this on Chromium 11.0.696.71 (86024) Ubuntu 10.04

Could it be that the first time you saw this, some of the old
javascript/css from the previous version of tinymce was still cached?

Title:
  can't create a text box block on master

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On master,

  Steps:
  -Create Page
  -Add in a Text Box block
  -Enter Text, click save

  What happens,
  - Waits for ages with grey screen with processing and loading bars showing

  Attached shows this.

  This shows that tinymce isn't working as well.

  Also, can't remove the block, same thing occurs.

  
  Now randomly tinymce shows up, and you can save, but has the same issue
  as bug 791854
