Bug description:
  Is this sentence in install.php missing an article, or is it perfectly
  acceptable NZ English and I just need to change it in the US English
  langpack if I don't like it?

  "In order to help protect your personal information, please do not
  disclose your Username or Password to person other than the Site
  Administrator."

  Seems to me that it should be something more like:

  "In order to help protect your personal information, please do not
  disclose your Username or Password to any person other than the Site
  Administrator."
