    myportfolio: Add forgot password link to login page
    
    The forgot password link is only shown on the side bar on the
    main page.
    
    This fix adds that link to all login pages that are arrived by
    adding ?login to any URL in mahara
    
    This is work for myportfolio, WR 81451

  Put "Forgot password" link also on log in page off a page

Bug description:
  At present the 'forgot password' link/functionality is not available
  when a user clicks on a page for which he needs a login
  (http://siteURL/view/view.php?id=ID&login).  It does appear on on the
  homepage though.

  The "Forgot password" link should also appear on the login screen off
  a page.
