  Staff should not see the username

Bug description:
  Institution and site staff should only see the real name and the
  display name, but not the username, I think. They are not
  administering the institution. This should be reserved to institution
  and site admins. These see all three names: real, display, username.

  The behavior of what a site staff member can see is not consistent: On
  a user's profile page he only sees the display name, but in the online
  user sidebar he sees the real, display and username.

  The institution staff either only sees the display name or he also
  sees the real name (with the display name in parentheses). The latter
  option would be beneficial to sites with multiple institutions where
  an institution decides to only have the first name of their students
  as display names so that their privacy is protected from non-
  institution members. If the staff would still be seeing the real name,
  it would be easier for them to find their students.
