Could not find any instance of resume nor resumé. Just inconsistencies
with the usage of upper case and lower case.

Bug description:
  While localising the language pack I have noticed there are various
  spellings of the word "Résumé" throughout the various lang files in
  the core lang and in various artefact and blocktypes.
