    Instead of displaying the 'Access Denied' message, display profile
    icon and display name, with any options that the viewing user might have
    (e.g request friendship).

  Restricted view for user profile

Bug description:
  The user profile page will behave more like a normal page/view soon,
  where sharing of it will be configurable (Bug #807278).

  Since the profile page is a bit special, instead of displaying the
  'Access denied' message, display the user's profile icon and display
  name, with a message stating that full access to the profile is
  restricted. Also display any options that the user that is viewing the
  profile may have (e.g request friendship, etc.).
