It's potentially a problem on any page with a form, it's not really to
do with settings.  But it's particularly nasty on this page, so I've
fixed it there for now. I'll need to ask Evonne how important the nowrap
is for other labels on the site.

  Field labels are set to 'nowrap' on the settings page, which pushes
  the main column too wide for some languages.
