  views with navigations to other collections insight are not accessible
  after deleting the collections

Bug description:
  Mahara v1.4.0

  Linux 2.6.26
  PHP 5.2.6
  Apache-Server 2.2.9
  Postgresql-Server 8.4
  (tested with firefox 5 & Opera 10)

  If I have multiple views and have created more then one collection and
  have added a navigation to a view of one collection just for linking
  to the views of an other collection it works fine. But if I am
  deleting the collections - for restructuring for example - without
  deleteing the navigations before the views with the navigation/link to
  an other collection insight are not accessible anymore. An error is
  shown instead of the view.

  Is it possible to be asked to delete the navigation to an other
  collection in a view before I am deleting a collection?
