AFAIK it's not possible to change the 300x300 default..? Or do you mean
on a block level.

I've updated the patch to reflect a better limit.

Bug description:
  The default video size of 300x300 is probably not ideal -- who wants a square video.
  We should at the very least change this to something more realistic (320x240), but perhaps make it a configurable option for the artefact/file plugin's internalmedia blocktype
