    Bug #824519: Add option to configure video size
    
    The current default video size of 300x300 is a little odd. This patch
    adjusts it to meet more typical sizes (320x240) whilst still fitting in
    most block widths comfortably.
    
    This patch also creates a plugin option to change this default.

Bug description:
  The default video size of 300x300 is probably not ideal -- who wants a square video.
  We should at the very least change this to something more realistic (320x240), but perhaps make it a configurable option for the artefact/file plugin's internalmedia blocktype
