    Use defaultvalue for password pieform
    
    In a password pieform, if there was no value attribute, it didn't
    fall back onto the defaultvalue attribute, like in the textarea element
    for example

Bug description:
  If there is no value attribute, and nothing in GET/POST, it should
  fall back onto the defaultvalue attribute, like textarea elements for
  example
