    Add defaultvalue for pagetext form element (bug #831703)
    
    When initially visiting the site pages editor, the field is set
    to Home (dashboard) but the text area is empty. Swapping to other
    pages and back reveals the text that should have pre-loaded. This
    patch adds the text in defaultvalue for the pagetext form element

Bug description:
  When clicking to the Site Administration > Edit site pages, the editor
  appears empty for the Home (Dashboard) page. Once changing to another
  page and then back to Home (Dashboard) the text appears.
