MP4 files don't play in Flowplayer unless they are h264 format - when I
convert the MP4 to this form the file is not recognised as a valid media
file.

The other problem is the MP4 file when inserted as an embeddded clock in
a page in Interenet Explorer the block can not be editted.

This happens in myportfolio.school.nz tried in demo.mahara.org but file
was too large to upload.

Bug description:
  I can't upload mp4 files as a user even though administrator has
  selected mp4 as accepted file types.

  Other files like swf and mpg are easily uploaded.
