Title:
  Remove unused strings from old .js files

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Some strings from old javascript are included directly in the header.
  A lot of these are no longer required, and we should remove as many as
  we can.  If we can avoid having to process strings in js using the
  javascript get_string function in mahara.js, it'll make it easier to
  process translated plurals properly.
