    Add friends filter to groupmembersearch ajax script (bug #845290)
    
    Allows searches for group members/non-members, etc, who are also
    friends of a given user.  To be used when inviting friends into
    groups.

  Allow group members to invite friends & suggest groups to friends

Bug description:
  Add a group setting that would allow all members of the group to send membership invitations to anyone on their friends list (from a link on the group homepage), and an alternative setting that allows group members to spam their friends with suggestions that they join the group.
