  Ancient artefact_cron record is adding noise to cron log

Bug description:
  An old record in artefact_cron for the 'clean_post_files' function was
  not removed when that function was removed.  This generates warnings
  about a missing function on any site that has upgraded from 1.1 or
  earlier.
