Title:
  Refresh feeds cron job too noisy

Bug description:
  Warnings from curl that are not our fault should be suppressed from
  the cron log when refreshing feeds.  Also, there are still a bunch of
  RSS parser warnings going into the log (like those in bug #548107, but
  not the same).  They should be silenced too.
