The pagination is also missing when the javascript is turned off in any
browser. This is navigation; and shouldn't be javascript-only.

  Journal posts not showing additional pages

Bug description:
  If a journal is added to a page and there are more posts than will fit on one page the bottom of the page doess not contain links to the next page of posts as it used to in 1.3. This is an IE problem I believe becasue it works fine in Firefox.
