    Add insecuresslmode option to externalfeed blocktype
    
    Allow users to override certificate errors when adding an external
    feed to a view.
    
    This new option is turned OFF by default.

Title:
  RSS feed blocktype cannot poll feeds served over untrusted SSL
  connections

Bug description:
  If curl throws a certificate error while downloading an RSS feed in
  the external feed blocktype, then the transfer does not proceed and
  the feed is not usable.

  We should make it possible for people to override this (but not
  enabled by default) because sometimes there's nothing you can do about
  it.
