    external feed block: don't display HTTP images on HTTPS sites
    
    This is needed to avoid mixed secure and insecure content on the
    views that use this block.

  External feed block should not display non-https images when the site
  is on https

Bug description:
  Feeds can include images which the external feed will extract and
  display.

  However for an HTTPS site, any HTTP image displayed on the site will
  trigger scary warnings in IE (mixed secure and non-secure content).
