Thanks for the extra testing Alex. I've found another bug (bug 795494)
on the same topic. It looks like %#d only works on Linux and Windows :(

Yes, if you could file a different bug about the month name being
displayed in English, that would be great and would make sure we can
keep track of that other problem. Please include details on what the
system language is on your server.
