    Fix blocktype icon dimensions in blocktype list template (bug #860223)
    
    New blocktype icons were introduced in commit e6fe5d86a6, but
    hardcoded width & height properties in the blocktypelist template
    (used by the drag & drop javascript) were never updated to match the
    new icons.

  New blocktype icons were introduced in commit e6fe5d86a6, but
  hardcoded width & height properties in the blocktypelist template
