  Hardcoded blocktype icon dimensions don't match new icons

Bug description:
  New blocktype icons were introduced in commit e6fe5d86a6, but
  hardcoded width & height properties in the blocktypelist template
  (used by the drag & drop javascript) were never updated to match the
  new icons.
