  Nested bullet lists don't work in the html editor

Bug description:
  Nested lists like these:

  <ul>
  <li>one</li>
  <li>two</li>
  <ul>
  <li>2.1</li>
  <li>2.2</li>
  </ul>
  <li>three</li>
  <li>four</li>
  <li>five</li>
  </ul>

  End up with two bullets as in this example:
