  Friend request notifications not deleted when the requester is deleted

Bug description:
  Nigel McNaughton reports:

  Pending requests are removed when the person is deleted, but they
  still show in the 'recent activity' tab, follow the link there gives
  an error page with this text

  "Not Found
  The page you are looking for could not be found

  User with id 182 not found "
