    Delete friend notifications when requester is deleted (bug #872641)
    
    Friend request notifications from deleted users stay in the inbox,
    and contain a url to the deleted user's profile.  We should just
    delete these notifications, because they're no longer useful.

  Nigel McNaughton reports:

  Pending requests are removed when the person is deleted, but they
  still show in the 'recent activity' tab, follow the link there gives
  an error page with this text

  "Not Found
  The page you are looking for could not be found

  User with id 182 not found "
