  Journal Post strips out the youtube iframe code

Bug description:
  When i use youtube embed code when editing a Journal post within
  Mahara 1.4 the video appears but when I save the post the video does
  not appear.

  Using this youtube embed code:

  <iframe width="420" height="315"
  src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QEGvm5Kfn1Q?rel=0"; frameborder="0"
  allowfullscreen></iframe>
