    Fixed Youtube html filter.
    
    The html filter will now parse links with dashes in them.
    Also will now parse links with parameters in them.

  Journal Post strips out the youtube iframe code

Bug description:
  When i use youtube embed code when editing a Journal post within
  Mahara 1.4 the video appears but when I save the post the video does
  not appear.

  Using this youtube embed code:

  <iframe width="420" height="315"
  src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QEGvm5Kfn1Q?rel=0"; frameborder="0"
  allowfullscreen></iframe>
